There are five stages to the implementation of Alto:
Feasibility
We can profile your fleet and communication needs to make sure that Alto is an appropriate and financially viable option. This includes detailed planning of the conversion from your existing company car scheme.
Design
A bespoke Alto scheme is designed to your specification. Business mileage reporting procedures are formulated and agreed, and contributions are calculated.
HMRC clearance
This is carried out on a scheme by scheme basis.
Implementation
We'll provide ongoing scheme management and change reporting systems, agree contract mileages and undertake a driver communication programme, which may include information packs, presentations and a help desk.
Review
Once Alto is up and running, we’ll conduct regular reviews to ensure that the scheme is running to your financial and statutory requirements. Our service level agreement with you will include agreed key performance indicators.
