In the event of an accident, the driver makes a single call to the ProAct team. We will collect all incident details, help with completion of the claims paperwork and sort out his or her onward mobility. We’ll also arrange for the vehicle to be collected, repaired and returned.
We have built strong relationships with a network of high quality repairers, which ensures excellent repair quality supported by three years warranty. Due to the volume of incidents we manage, we are able to offer our customers very competitive rates in all areas associated with vehicle repairs.
