Driverline

To simplify maintenance issues for our customers and their drivers, we have a service called Driverline, which provides a single freephone contact number for servicing and repairs. 

When drivers call Driverline, they will be talking to an experienced professional who understands both the fleet manager's and the drivers’ priorities, who knows about vehicles, and who will get things done, fast.  Our Driverline operators will make arrangements for the collection, repair or servicing and return of the vehicle.  In addition, they will also make contact within 24 hours of the vehicle being returned to ensure that the driver is satisfied with the service received.
