By channelling all calls for Servicing, Maintenance or Repairs through a single telephone number, we are able to monitor and manage each ‘job’.    Full details are recorded at the time of booking and the progress of repairs is monitored stage by stage via the on-line system.  We keep our customers and drivers fully informed at each stage, proactively contact service suppliers and check that the vehicles have been returned and that the drivers are satisfied with the work.

Through a system of automated workflows, the service outlets are contacted as soon as set trigger times are reached. Should any delay be foreseen, cases are escalated for further action.

Drivers may opt for updates via e-mail, SMS text message or telephone to keep them fully informed.
