Comfort 24
If your vehicle is still under warranty you will be provided with breakdown cover as part of the manufacturer's scheme. You will normally find details of the length, type of cover and relevant phone numbers in the manufacturer's handbook. When your manufacturer's cover expires, Comfort 24 takes over.
Round the clock assistance, when you need it most
In the event of a breakdown (outside your manufacturer's scheme) call 0800 246 864. Be prepared to state your vehicle make, registration number and precise location. Please verify that Comfort 24 is included in your company's contract.
Eight out of ten vehicles are reached within one hour of a call being made, and most vehicles are repaired on the spot. You are covered for vehicle breakdown occurring at the roadside, at home or at the office.
If it is not possible to get your vehicle going again at the roadside, we will take you and your passengers with the vehicle, to any destination in mainland Britain, in one uninterrupted journey.
If the car can't be repaired on the spot, and our service doesn't fit in with your needs, you can count on assured mobility! This provides onward travel by hire car or train.
A replacement car (for a maximum of 24 hours) or overnight hotel accommodation can be arranged if necessary (up to a maximum cost of £250).
Trained Personal Incident Managers will sort out any problems for you, and make all the necessary travel arrangements. They'll even pass on messages, an invaluable service to people on the move.
