In the event of an accident
Extra Help When You Need It Most
If your contract includes ProAct, Masterlease's accident management service, you are entitled to the following services 24 hours a day.
~ Should you be involved in an incident simply call 0800 592 660
~ If your vehicle is immobilised, we will arrange for it to be taken to an approved workshop for repair.
~ We will pass messages on to family, friends, or colleagues to inform them of your situation.
~ All repairs will be dealt with for you at one of our network of workshops, by professionally qualified mechanics.
~ We will arrange for a replacement vehicle while your own is repaired.
~ You have access to a legal helpline, where you can get advice on key issues.
~ When all repairs are finished, your car will be cleaned inside and out and returned to you free of charge.
