Regular checks
In order for your vehicle to be safe and perform well, we recommend that you carry out regular maintenance checks in line with your manufacturer's handbook recommendations:
~ engine oil levels
~ wiper blades
~ water coolant levels
~ lights
~ tyre pressure and tread depths
~ horn
With servicing intervals on new vehicles getting further apart, you can not ignore these checks in-between them. You personally may be liable for repair costs that result.
Replacement items
When replacement items are needed or repairs are required, you should telephone the numbers shown on this page. Our service agents will obtain authorisation and invoice Masterlease directly.
Please verify that these services are included in your contract.

Your Masterlease agreement does not cover windscreen replacement - we recommend that you contact your insurance company for replacements. In the case of a real emergency call: 0800 0920 106/107.
