End of Contract

At the end of your contract you have a number of the following options available to you:**

~ Replacement vehicle - we could provide quotes for a new replacement vehicle.

~ Contract extension - (minimum 6 months, maximum 12 months) - this can result in reduced rentals in most instances.

~ Buying a vehicle - Privilege Purchase Scheme - your friends and family have the opportunity to purchase your vehicle at a very competitive price. Most of our vehicles will be offered with a one-year warranty and we can also arrange preferential finance for you.

~ Retaining ownership - you have the option of retaining ownership of your vehicle through a final payment or returning the vehicle to Masterlease.

~ When your vehicle enters into the last three months of its contract, please contact your Help Desk on 0870 600 6688 to discuss the above options.

 ** The options available to you at the end of your contract are dependent upon the terms and conditions of your contractual agreement.

You will be notified when your vehicle is due to be returned. You should ensure that a vehicle inspection report is fully completed when your vehicle is handed over, this will protect you against any damage sustained after hand-over. This also helps us assess the condition of the vehicle. Please ensure that your vehicle is returned clean and in a good condition without any outstanding accident damage, otherwise you may be recharged.

Please check that your vehicle is handed back with all documentation, codes and keys. This includes, where applicable:

~ the manufacturer’s service book 
~ main and spare keys 
~ immobiliser/starter code 
~ stereo facias and codes 
~ all accessories supplied
