Extra Help When You Need It Most
You are entitled to Masterlease's accident management services 24 hours a day - at no extra cost to you! Should you be involved in an incident simply call 08457 023 518.
If your vehicle is immobilised, we will arrange for it to be taken to an approved workshop for repair, or to your home.
We will pass messages on to family, friends, or colleagues to inform them of your situation.
All repairs will be dealt with for you at one of our Accident Management workshops, all approved by major insurance companies, to minimise any delays. Repairs are guaranteed for three years.
We will arrange for a free replacement vehicle, following the recovery of the damaged vehicle, for the duration of the repair.*
In the case of a 'non fault' accident, the recovery of your excess and any other uninsured out-of-pocket expenses will be pursued.
When all repairs are finished, your car will be cleaned inside and out and returned to you free of charge.
